Venable partner Stu Ingis was quoted in an April 10, 2013 Law360 article on the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) 2014 budget request which is about $10 million less than what it received last year. The agency said the proposed cut will not hinder its ability to enforce privacy and competition rules.
