On Monday, April 29, Venable partner and former U.S. Secretary of Transportation Jim Burnley will join five former Transportation Secretaries for the 2013 David R. Goode National Transportation Policy Conference in Washington, DC. The conference will examine the president’s role in articulating and advocating a national transportation vision. The former Secretaries will also take part in a group interview at the National Press Club to discuss how past presidents developed and sold their transportation policies.
Along with Burnley, who served under Ronald Reagan, the group will also include Andrew Card, who served under George H.W.
