On April 4, New York real estate partner Suzanne St. Pierre received an award from pro bono client Brooklyn Community Pride Center (BCPC) at its annual Founders' Ball, in recognition of her many years of pro bono representation of the organization.
St. Pierre has provided general corporate and real estate advice to BCPC, including advice regarding the proposed acquisition and development of a community center to be funded by the City of New York, and she has negotiated leases and other agreements with the City and third parties for BCPC's offices and program space. BCPC provides social services to the LGBT community in Brooklyn, with a focus on youth and seniors.
