Venable senior legislative advisor Rob Smith was quoted in an August 2, 2013 Law360 article on the possibility of comprehensive tax reform. In addition to comprehensive tax reform, the article also cited intellectual property reform, the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and work tied to financial reform as areas contributing heavily to lobbying law firms’ workloads.
