Venable successfully opposed a motion by the Virginia Board of Health to dismiss Falls Church Healthcare Center’s appeal of the Board’s new regulations that require abortion clinics to meet building standards applicable to hospitals. Judge Kendrick of the Arlington Circuit Court ruled that the appeal would move forward to permit development and review of a full record, including a hearing before the Court. Michael Robinson of the Tysons office successfully argued on behalf of FCHC. Larry Roberts worked with the client to address media inquiries.
