Venable represented Mark and Jean Duvall in the sale of Micro-Tech Designs, Inc., a control equipment supplier specializing in PLC based control and instrumentation systems. Three employees of Micro-Tech were the purchasers in the management buy-out. Anthony Rosso and Dan Mendelsohn led the Venable team. Norman Lencz and Chris Davidson provided advice regarding tax matters. Andrea Cohen assisted regarding various corporate matters.
