Kedrick Whitmore obtains zoning approvals for 252 unit residential conversion in Crystal City

On July 19, 2014, Kedrick Whitmore obtained approval from the Arlington County Board to convert an existing, vacant office building into a 252 unit residential building. The project is the first residential offering from WeWork, incorporating small, efficiency units and communal kitchens, living rooms, and amenity spaces.  His work was highlighted in an article in the Washington Business Journal.
