1 min

On Wednesday, Venable announced that it will move its Washington, DC headquarters offices to a newly constructed office building at 600 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, with move-in to occur during the first quarter of 2017. The firm will occupy approximately 245,000 square feet, comprising five full floors in the newly constructed building, and will have additional space on two other adjoining floors, as well as concourse space and a ground level reception area. The Venable space, designed by Alliance Architecture, will have attractive vistas, a clean, light, open and modern working area, a cafeteria, multiple terraces for events, and a two story multi-purpose room. There will also be a bocce court on the roof, to continue the long tradition of friendly, albeit competitive, bocce tournaments.

On September 17, 2014, multiple publications featured news of Venable’s upcoming move including the Washington Post, National Law Journal, Washington Business Journal, and Bisnow.
