A Venable team led by Peter Koffler and Suzanne St. Pierre represented EmblemHealth in connection with its deal to occupy a seven-story medical facility under construction in the East New York section of Brooklyn. Venable negotiated the build-to-suit net lease and construction contracts. The building owner broke ground on the project in January and it is expected to be completed in 2017. Upon completion, the building will comprise approximately 75,000 square feet of medical office space and 90,000 square feet of parking. Associate Ashley Dunn provided assistance.
