The Hill names Tom Quinn and Rob Smith to its Top Lobbyists 2016: Hired Guns list

On October 26, 2016, The Hill published its Top Lobbyists 2016: Hired Guns list. Among those included on this year’s list were Venable partner Tom Quinn and senior legislative advisor Rob Smith. It said, “Quinn and Smith, a Democrat and Republican, respectively, made their reputations by winning big for clients.”
