Baltimore Sun quotes David Karceski on Federal Hill apartment development

Venable partner David Karceski was quoted in a November 7, 2016 Baltimore Sun article on plans for additional development of a Federal Hill apartment complex. Karceski said Southern Engineering Corp. is planning a new four-story brick building above a two-level underground parking garage. He added that the developer is working to "design the building to an appropriate size and scale in keeping with the neighborhood…We are just beginning the process of meeting with the surrounding community and are exploring various options for the new building."
