David Karceski appointed to Baltimore County Charter Review Commission

Venable partner David Karceski has been appointed to serve on the Baltimore County Charter Review Commission. Created by county voters during the 2016 general election, the decennial Charter Review Commission was established to periodically study and review the County's Charter. The commission will report its findings and recommendations to the County Council and County Executive later this year.
