Morning Cybersecurity newsletter on November 30, 2017, regarding his Identity Verification Recommendations during his testimony before the House Energy and Commerce’s Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Hearing. In his testimony, "his recommendations included rejecting the increasingly popular calls for getting rid of the Social Security numbers as a method of verifying identities. Instead, he will suggest making identity verification less dependent on Social Security numbers and touts newer technology, like biometric methods such as fingerprint sensors."
