The Washington Business Journal recognizes Venable as a top corporate philanthropist for 2018

On November 9, 2018, the Washington Business Journal released its annual list of Top Corporate Philanthropists ranked by cash donations in the Washington area based on numbers from 2017. Venable was listed among the largest companies and law firms by cash giving in the area coming in at #22. The Corporate Philanthropy awards honor the region's most active and inspirational companies and nonprofits who have made a difference in their communities through both financial and volunteer philanthropic work.
