Mr. Phillipou works on some of New York City's major infrastructure projects. He represents Amtrak on Moynihan Station, which involves a mixed-use condominium that will include a new Amtrak train hall. He also guided Amtrak on the development of the Hudson Yards/ Gateway Tunnel Project. He recently represented Waterfront New York in the $880 million sale of the Terminal Stores Building. Mr. Phillipou devotes time to the New York City Bar Association's Diversity Fellowship program and accepted the association's 2019 Diversity Fellowship Program Partner of the Year on behalf of Venable.
