Mr. Whitmore is a land use, zoning, and real estate attorney. In his practice he assists some of the nation's most prominent real estate developers in obtaining zoning and land use approvals throughout the DC metropolitan region. His experience includes the entitlement of thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of commercial space. He also assists landlords and tenants in a variety of office and retail leases. Mr. Whitmore is a board member of the Venable Foundation.
