Mr. Meyer’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of labor and employment law matters, including wage and hour litigation, labor relations, and employment practices defense. He has substantial litigation experience defending against federal and state wage and hour collective and class actions, as well as audits and investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor and New York State Department of Labor. He regularly represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and its state and local equivalents and defends clients in state and federal court against claims filed under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and related state and local anti-discrimination laws.
