In addition to defending employers against discrimination and retaliation claims, Jeff advises employers in all matters related to the union organizing and collective bargaining processes. He frequently appears before the National Labor Relations Board and has significant arbitration and mediation experience dealing with unions across the full spectrum of industries and disciplines. His practice also includes providing counsel to employers, large and small, as it relates to their daily employment decisions and compliance needs.

- Won full dismissal of a New York Department of Labor complaint seeking over $2M in damages against largest towing and vehicle repossession company in the Northeast
- Defeated wage-and-hour class and collective action certification motions on behalf of large New York-based food distributor
- Prevailed on multiple motions to dismiss wage and discrimination claims filed by various plaintiffs against large healthcare system
- Achieved complete dismissal of wage-and-hour class action lawsuit against Iowa meat processor
- Successfully defended 100+ identical arbitration demands based on alleged systemic harassment and discrimination claims filed against a New York City fitness company
