Jordan Jean has been named to the Lawyers of Color 2023 Hot List. The annual Hot List recognizes junior- and mid-level attorneys working in law firms, companies, and government agencies across the United States who show promise in their careers and demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing diversity in the legal profession.
Mr. Jean advises clients on the complexities of corporate law transactions. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fund formation, commercial contracts, REITs, and general business transactions. In addition, he advises start-ups and emerging growth and later-stage companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Jean also regularly represents community development entities and other parties in connection with Federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing transactions. He advises fund sponsors, investors, and other market participants on the organization, negotiation, structuring, and operations of investment funds, as well as ongoing compliance matters.
