Venable LLP is pleased to announce that Russell M. Wolfson has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Construction Law Group. Mr. Wolfson advises on commercial real estate projects, with a heavy emphasis on construction and development. He is a seasoned litigator, and he often couples the resulting skill set with his many years of transactional experience. This gives him a unique legal perspective in matters across numerous industries, including building management, hospitality, staffing, and retail.
Mr. Wolfson prioritizes providing superior client service, approaching each engagement with the intention of creating and maintaining long-term relationships. He often counsels clients from the initiation of a construction project through its completion, serving as an integral contributor in acquisitions, contract drafting, neighbor licensing agreements, financing, insurance, and more.
