On June 17, 2024, Law360 reported that HBI International filed a lawsuit in Georgia alleging that Mash Enterprise LLC infringed upon their intellectual property. According to Law360, the complaint from HBI International asserts that Mash Enterprise LLC has been using "falsely branded" marketing materials, including “identical copies” of their RAW line product packaging.
