The court ruled in favor of InMode on all claims, protecting its trademarks and consumer safety. CEO Moshe Mizrahy reaffirmed the company’s “zero-tolerance policy” toward counterfeiting. InMode also promotes its Verified Provider Program to help patients identify authorized clinics.
