On July 9, 2025, Megan Woodworth was quoted by Law360 on Arthrex’s recent appellate successes. In the two appeals, the court affirmed three favorable Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) written decisions invalidating all challenged claims from the plaintiff’s patents relating to suture anchor systems and methods. According to the article, Woodworth, who represents Arthrex, said they are "pleased with the Federal Circuit's decisions."

The team had a total of five favorable PTAB decisions, only three of which were appealed to the Federal Circuit.
