On December 12, The Hollywood Reporter, Sports Business Journal, Deadline, and Variety reported that Venable LLP represented Silver Tribe Media in its acquisition by Initial Group, an entertainment company.
Silver Tribe Media is a leading digital media management and production firm. The Venable team was led by Paul Bernstein, Nicholas Jacobus, Sam Djahanbani, and Justin Behnam throughout the acquisition.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, following their acquisition, Venable’s client will “rebrand as Initial Digital and will join other Initial management company investments Untitled Entertainment and Grandview, which merged last year and now operate together as Untitled.”
