Bill King has been elected to the board of directors of the Baltimore Architecture Foundation.
The Baltimore Architecture Foundation is dedicated to celebrating architecture and the built environment while fostering a community that is educated, engaged, and passionate about design. Through its work, the Foundation promotes greater awareness of how architecture and the built environment shape individuals and communities.
Bill focuses his practice on complex business litigation, including breach of contract matters, tort claims, shareholder disputes, and disputes involving real estate transactions and land development projects. He represents public and private companies, nonprofit organizations, and individuals across a wide range of industries, and has experience practicing in state and federal courts in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and nationwide.
