Stacey Bradford has joined the firm's Washington, DC office as counsel in its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice.
Bradford brings extensive experience advising employers, private equity firms, and tax-exempt organizations on a wide range of employee benefits matters. Her practice focuses on retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and the employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions. She counsels clients on ERISA compliance and helps organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements while aligning benefits programs with broader business objectives.
Bradford earned her J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. in international affairs and French from Lafayette College. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and is active in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association and the Washington, DC Estate Planning Council.
