Mary Clare Schuller Joins Venable's Real Estate Finance Group as Counsel in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD (July 20, 2026) -- Venable LLP announced today that Mary Clare Schuller has joined the firm's Real Estate Finance Group as counsel in Baltimore.

Schuller represents financial institutions, businesses, developers, and property owners in complex real estate and corporate transactions. Her practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, secured lending, business sales, and significant public-sector real estate projects. She also has experience representing clients in real estate-related disputes and advocating for legislative initiatives affecting the real estate industry.
