Ed Haughey's practice covers the full spectrum of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on patent and trademark litigation. His experience encompasses a broad range of technologies across the mechanical, electrical, computer, and pharmaceutical industries. He has represented business and industry leaders in litigations in the U.S. district and appellate courts and in Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
