Jason M. Dorsky


Jason Dorsky's practice focuses on all aspects of complex patent litigation and USPTO contested proceedings across a wide variety of technologies, including computer technology, user interface and circuit design, network systems, data communications, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing processes. In addition to patent-related matters, Jason has significant experience in trade secret and trade dress litigation, intellectual property transactions, due diligence, and patent prosecution.

Jason is also active in the firm's pro bono practice, and has helped clients in obtaining Section 8 housing as well as VA disability benefits.

Before entering the legal profession, Jason designed and installed digital periscope and communications systems on submarines for the Department of Defense.
