Peter Belk served on a corporate panel at the Council on Foreign Relations discussing future business prospects in the Russian Federation. The roundtable – part of the Council on Foreign Relation’s Corporate Program - was entitled "Doing Business in the Russian Federation: Risks and Rewards," with the three person panel consisting of Mr. Belk, A. Elizabeth Jones, Executive Vice President, APCO Worldwide Inc. and former Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia and Ambassador to Kazakhstan; and Z. Blake Marshall, Senior Vice-President-International, The PBN Company.
