This program will survey and review the many laws, regulations and proposals impacting the ability and the way that companies can market to consumers.

Attorneys from the Federal Trade Commission, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the private sector will look at rules relating to opt out and sharing of information that are contained in laws such as GLBA (Reg P and S-P), FCRA, Telemarketing Act, CAN SPAM and proposals on online behavioral advertising principles.
