Davis Sherman and Walter Calvert spoke at Johns Hopkins University on February 27, 2009 about issues arising when government- and industry-financed research is conducted in labs financed with tax-exempt bonds. The audience included research contract administrators from the schools of medicine, public health, engineering and arts and sciences, as well as JHU finance staff responsible for tax-exempt finance.
