On September 13, 2009, Claudia Lewis-Eng addressed the topic "The Ins and Outs of FTC's Policies on Advertising and Promotion of Healthcare Products" at the RAPS APL Conference.

The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) is an international membership organization of regulatory professionals in the rapidly growing medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. The September conference focused on providing companies that distribute drugs and food products expert advice for implementing the best practices and processes under FDA and FTC regulations.

Lewis-Eng conducted a two hour seminar covering FTC and FDA regulations affecting advertising and promotion of healthcare products and service.
