ACC's Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of in-house counsel from around the world. Since it began in 1983, it has grown to become the premier annual event for corporate attorneys. Presented by the IT, Privacy and eCommerce Committee, This session will address the various tracking technologies used and data collected in connection with online advertising, social media and mobile applications including geolocation data and provide guidance with respect to how to support in-house clients in implementing these technologies in a manner that complies with law as well as developing best practices.
