NBOA and NACUBO are partnering to offer a program especially for independent schools (and small colleges) held in conjunction with the NACUBO Tax Forum.
The program features an afternoon of special-topic sessions, including:

- Executive compensation challenges and tips
- Treatment of fringe benefits, including faculty and presidential housing
- Pitfalls and opportunities with the IRS Form 990
- Managing tax compliance at small educational institutions
