Jonathan Pompan will serve as a speaker and moderator of a session entitled, "Consumer Protection and Private Sector Colleges and Universities: Students First," at the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) 2012 Winter Senior Executive Management Seminar on February 14 and 15 in Lake Tahoe, CA. This program will focus on the current consumer protection legal and regulatory landscape for private sector colleges and universities and best practices for schools to advance consumer protections for students. Mr. Pompan will serve as both a speaker and moderator for two sessions on consecutive days.
