Jonathan Pompan will present to state associations representing private sector college and universities on the relationship between the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ("CFPB") and state affairs, including the CFPB's coordination with state Attorneys General and state regulators of financial products and services. Areas of focus will include regulatory compliance and investigations and enforcement activity, including strategies for navigating simultaneous state Attorneys General and CFPB investigations.
