This event has already occurred.

Kevin Shepherd, a past president of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), co-chaired an ACREL live program entitled "Risky Business: Are You Unwittingly Helping Your Clients Launder Money?" on February 19, 2013. Kevin’s program co-chair was Duncan E. Osborne, President of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

This program reviewed the ABA voluntary good practices guidance, the legislative and regulatory efforts to impose anti-money laundering requirements on the legal profession, and what lawyers should do in response to these unrelenting efforts.
