Placement and Admission Directors have essential conversations every year to help families find the best fit and best chance at admission. We all know we are sometimes walking a fine legal, ethical, and confidential line. How do we ensure we are doing the right thing for each other and our families without putting ourselves in a legally liable/ethically questionable situation? In confidential, small-group discussions, we will raise our greatest needs and concerns, and legal counsel will advise on the best way to proceed effectively and ethically while protecting ourselves from liability.
