Now that we have a few seasons of using online enrollment contracts under our belts we are facing the legal challenges savvy lawyers are raising to fight the authenticity and enforceability of these important documents. All too often schools fail to consider the many steps that should be followed to ensure the enrollment agreement is a legally binding document. Nothing is more frustrating than going to court with an unenforceable contract. This session will consider the various arguments raised in the courts to undermine contracts entered into online. We will discuss the pitfalls and provide practical solutions to avoid risk by tightening up the online process.
