MSBA Advanced Bankruptcy Institute

Richard Wasserman and Darek Bushnaq will be speakers on March 12 at the MSBA Advanced Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Wasserman will be speaking on recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions involving bankruptcy issues and recent rule changes. Mr. Bushnaq will be a speaker at a roundtable program on single asset real estate (SARE) cases.
