"The Workplace Hazards of Exposure to Silica" at the ABA OSH Midwinter Annual Meeting

Ron Taylor is moderating a panel at the ABA OSH Midwinter Annual Meeting in Tucson, AZ. The panel will discuss the work conducted by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health this past year in connection with its work on the workplace hazards of exposure to silica, including in the form of frac sand, and will also discuss OSHA's proposed rule to lower the permissible levels of silica exposure. Joining Ron on the panel is Dr. Gregory Wagner, NIOSH, John Martin of Ogletree Deakins, and Caryn Halifax, IUBAC.
