David Strickland will give a lecture on "American Technical Regulations for Automobiles, and Road Safety Initiatives in the United States" at the First International Child Road Safety Forum (Foro Internacional De Seguridad Vial Infantil or FISEVI) in Montevideo, Uruguay on May 20-21, 2014. The forum is sponsored by the United Nations Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011 - 2020 and the Gonzalo Rodriguez Foundation.
