Emilio Cividanes joined a panel at the IAPP Privacy Academy and CSA Congress to discuss findings and recommendations of the 2014 FTC report on data brokers. Mr. Cividanes provided an overview of the evolution of the data broker industry as well as advice on what companies should consider in the acquisition and use of data.
