Caryn Pass and Kristalyn Loson will present “Legal Issues Pertaining to Philanthropy” for a special breakfast briefing co-hosted by Graham-Pelton Consulting. Venable’s well-known independent school law practice advises schools nationwide on a wide range of legal issues. This seminar will address the hot legal issues in the areas of giving and advancement. A Q&A session and networking opportunities will be included.
Ms. Loson has extensive experience in assisting nonprofits navigate the legal issues raised in the area of philanthropy, and Ms. Pass is an independent school lawyer with experience in addressing legal issues facing advancement professionals.
