Andrew J. Currie will be the featured guest lecturer at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business on April 9. He will present "Introduction to Bankruptcy 101" as part of the Spring 2015 course "A Seminar in Corporate Restructuring," taught by Mark Weinsweig, the founder of Weinsweig Advisors LLC, and Mark Spragg, a senior managing director at FTI Consulting. Mr. Currie's presentation will provide an overview of the chapter 11 bankruptcy process including zone of solvency, board issues, historical context, reasons for filing, the pros and cons of filing, DIP loans and operational strategies, among other topics.
