Michael A. Signorelli will join a webinar hosted by the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") to discuss what companies can expect from the DAA Mobile Guidance enforcement, which will commence on September 1, 2015. Mr. Signorelli will engage in a discussion with representatives from the DAA's two accountability partners, the Council of Better Business Bureaus and the Direct Marketing Association, regarding active monitoring and enforcement of the mobile marketplace (tablets, phablets, and smartphones), which will add to the DAA's existing enforcement of its Principles in desktop environments and on the Mobile Web.
