At ACI’s Eighth Annual Expert Forum on ITC Litigation & Enforcement, Partner Michael P. Sandonato moderated the panel “Interview With CBP: Dialogue on Enforcement of Exclusion Orders and Related Rulemaking.” The panel included Dax Terrill, Senior Attorney-Advisor at the Intellectual Property Rights Branch of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and focused on Customs’ current enforcement of ITC Exclusion Orders and on important rule changes that may be on the horizon.
