Kelly DeMarchis joined a panel entitled "EU and Global Update – Implications Leading into 2016" at the Benchmark Data Security and Privacy Forum. Ms. DeMarchis provided insight into key developments in international data protection regulation, including negotiations leading up to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, expectations involving compliance with the EU Data Protection Regulation and other international data protection law, and an outlook on the emerging role of China and India in this space.
