Kimberly Culp, along with the Director of IP at Box, Duo Chen, Lead Counsel, Global Strategic Partner at Flex, Charlotte Lewis Jones, and Legal Counsel at AdRoll, Debbie Rosenbaum, spoke on a panel about steps that can be taken today to ensure a company’s brand is protected in the future. They discussed marketing in the age of user generated risks; licensing and commercial agreements for improving brand protection; key things to consider before entering litigation involving your brand; trademark prosecution and enforcement; and protecting design elements in marketing, packaging and user interface.
